Do You Know Ed Mezvinsky?

He was born January 17, 1937, but you’re probably saying, “Who is Ed Mezvinsky?” and “Why should I care?”

Bear with me for a minute, as the answer has to do with Hillary Clinton’s run for the 2016 elections, and a great deal more.  The “more” part will boggle your mind.

Ed Mezvinsky is a former Democrat congressman who represented Iowa’s 1st congressional district in the United States Ed MezvinskyHouse of Representatives for two terms, from 1973 to 1977.  He sat on the House Judiciary Committee that decided the fate of Richard Nixon.

He was outspoken saying that Nixon was a crook and a disgrace to politics and the nation and should be impeached.

He and the Clintons were friends and very politically intertwined for many years.

Ed Mezvinsky had an affair with NBC News reporter Marjorie Sue Margolies and later married her after his wife divorced him.

In 1993, Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky, then a freshman Democrat in Congress, cast the deciding vote that got President Bill Clinton’s controversial tax package through the House of Representatives.

In March 2001, Ed Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 counts of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud.  He had embezzled more than $10 million dollars from people via both a Ponzi scheme and the notorious Nigerian e-mail scams (yes, he’s “that guy”).  He was found guilty and sentenced to 80 months in federal prison.

After serving less than three-quarters of that time, he was released in April 2008.  He remains on federal probation.  To this day, he still owes $9.4 million in restitution to his victims.

About now you are saying, “So what!”

Well, this is Marc and Chelsea Mezvinsky.  Ed Mezvinsky is Chelsea Clinton’s father-in law.  Chelsea married his son.

Marc and Chelsea are in their early thirties and purchased a 10.5Chelsea Clinton million dollar NYC apartment (after being married in George Soros’ mansion).

Has anyone heard any mention of any of this in any of the media?  No?

Gee…  I wonder why…

If this guy was Jenna or Barbara Bush’s, or better yet, Sarah Palin’s daughter’s father-in-law, the news would be an everyday headline and every detail would be reported over and over.  The liberal rags, however, are owned by the same corrupted cabal to which the Clintons, the Mezvinskys, and Soros belongs.

People are already talking about Hillary as our next President, and there is a distinct possibly Chelsea will run in the future.  The Hillary Clintonheadlines are already proclaiming, “How Hillary Clinton won the 2014 midterms.”

Apparently, the cycle of the rich and corrupt never ends.

The Democrat’s ongoing scheme is simple:  Promise anything to the masses in order to keep being reelected, then abuse the power of their office to line their own pockets, the pockets of their friends, and the pockets of people and companies who funded their campaigns — at your expense.

Lying and corruption seem to make Democrat candidates more popular, yet Democrats who are repeatedly suckered into voting for them keep wondering when they’re going to get their slice of the pie.

The answer is, “Never, so long as you keep allowing yourself to be suckered in to voting for Democrats.”  If the Democrats have you on a hook, and want to keep you on that hook, the only only solution is to get off the hook.  Stop voting Democrat.

The Whores of Common Core

The two organizations are the National Governors Association (NGA) and the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO).

Neither one of these organizations are in compliance with our Constitution.

“The National Governors Association (NGA) is the bipartisan organization of the nation’s governors. Through NGA, governors share best practices, speak with a collective voice on national policy and develop innovative solutions that improve state government AND SUPPORT THE PRINCIPLES OF FEDERALISM.”

The U.S. Constitution, on the other hand, is diametrically opposed to federalism. Instead, it granted specific powers to the federal Bill of Rightsgovernment, severely limiting those powers to only those areas which might be better served at the federal level than the state level. As reemphasized in Tenth Amendment, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

As for the CCSSO, they developed Common Core. Yes, I’ve read through “The Common Core State Standards: Insight into Their Development and Purpose,” written by David T. Conley, co-Chair of the Validation Committee. I’ve seen many of the “outstanding” examples of Common Core’s blithering idiocy, if not massively liberal/left/socialist bent (broken, actually) and can’t help but wonder if this rampant communism is unique to the CCSSO or if it’s endemic throughout the entire U.S. educational system? Regardless, much of the crap found in Common Core stands firmly AGAINST the principles in our Constitution.

What the CCSSO fails to realize is that our Constitution isn’t an advisory. It is the LAW, “the supreme Law of the Land” (Article VI). When Common Core teachers that which opposes our Constitution, CCSSO becomes guilty of teaching our students to violate the law. CCSSO is fostering criminal activity.

It is for precisely these reasons why so many states have already rejected Common Core, and why so many more states are in the process of formalizing their rejection.

Common Core

I was educated in the school systems of three states:  Florida, Louisiana, and Virginia.  My school system in Northern Virginia was by far the best, and fully prepared me for college and life.  They were so good, in fact, I was able to retire at age 45, yet have chosen to go back to school, and will soon be graduating with honors.

Virginia has already formally rejected Common Core, and both Florida and Louisiana are in the process of formally rejecting it.  I live in Colorado, which is also in the processes of formally rejecting it, despite the fact our Governor, John Hickenlooper, is the current Chair of the National Governors Association, and a drooling advocate of this educational cesspool.

Ebola: Accident, or engineered?

The recent outbreak of Ebola in the U.S. looks like a perfect and possibly engineered segway to martial law, making horrible use of all those FEMA camps and their mass-body containers, excuse Ebolaafter excuse for Obama to enact many of his blatantly anti-Constitutional “executive orders” taking complete control over all utilities, water, food, and transportation, and even delay the 2016 elections.

Indefinitely.

In fact, it makes me wonder whether vaccinations for Obama and other elitists who’ve obviously sided with him haven’t already taken place.

Could this be engineered genocide?  Was it engineered by Islam to wipe out most of the 150 Million gun owners and even the unarmed Christians in America who stand in their way?

In the meantime, here’s my Top Ten Things You Need to Know About Ebola, instead:

1. It’s a virus, so forget about alcohol-based wipes and hand sanitizers. You need chlorine, as in bleach. Clorox wipes work, too, as they contain n-alkyl-dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.

2. Clean your hands BEFORE entering your vehicle or home, not afterwards.

3. Don’t forget your shoes! If someone coughed in Walmart, the virus can be present in spots of phlegm on the floor. Walk on it, now it’s on your shoes. Step into your car, track it into your home… Or, wear slick-bottom shoes and use those wipes on your shoes before stepping into your car.

4. Don’t forget the bottoms of your shopping bags, sliding all over the counters… Buy and use a rubberized or vinyl mat or bin for your bags. Wipe it down often with a rag soaked in soapy, bleachy water, particularly before your kids get in the car, or better yet, right after removing your bags.

5. Don’t remove the bags to your kitchen. Remove the groceries to your kitchen. Remove the bags to your garbage can, and not the one in your house.

6. Wipe down all outer and inner door handles to your home and car on a regular basis.

7. Getting back to bleach… Keep a bucket full of water next to each entrance, with a couple drops of Dawn and a quarter cup of bleach per gallon. Everyone entering your home should rinse their hands in the water. They can rinse the soapy bleach solution after they enter your home.

8. As a virus, it can be transmitted any time any bodily fluids, including sneeze droplets, are transmitted.

9. Simple paint masks are somewhat effective in catching sneeze droplets. Surgical masks are more effective. If you’ve ever visited S. Korea, China, or Japan, you’ll know what I’m talking about when I say many citizens walk around all winter, sometimes in the summer, wearing masks.

10. Watch your eyes. Those airborne sneeze droplets can enter your system by making contact with your eyes. If you love wearing contacts, consider going back to glasses. They offer at least marginal protection against sprayed droplets.

America’s Future Threatened by Fiscal Madness

Where do you stand on this issue?

“Progressives rally behind a “Warren Buffet Tax” that would raise taxes on the wealthiest to help pay for the deficit without cutting the social programs on which many Americans depend. They assert that the rich have only gotten richer in recent years and thus should be expected to carry a greater tax burden.”

If you support raising taxes on the rich, you’re probably a progressive/liberal/Democrat and may not even know it.

“Conservatives argue that the key to economic growth is job creation, and raising taxes on the so-called job creators would bring about more unemployment and thus even less tax revenue. They point to cutting government spending as the best solution to reducing the deficit.”

If you support reducing taxes on the rich, you’re probably a conservative/Republican, and may not even know it.

The key to improving our economy, which results in more jobs, has little to do with taxes, but about where they go. You can NOT have a healthy economy when the leech sucking its life blood has grown to such massive proportions.

Let’s examine the facts:

U.S. 2014 Gross Domestic Product: $17.528 Trillion. The total national debt is $18.527 trillion. That’s 106%, and greater than at any other time throughout U.S. history, with the sole exception of during World War II.

fiscal madness
Federal Debt Held by the Public 1790-2013

The problem is the size of our government, which sucks 25% of our GDP away in taxes and can’t figure out how to balance the budget, sending us deeper into debt every year. Much production has been outsourced because it’s become far to expensive to conduct operations in the U.S. when competing firms spend a tenth as much for labor elsewhere.

There’s only one viable long-term solution, and it’s a three-parter:

1. Cut the size of the government in third. Our government’s expenditures should never be more than 10% of the GDP, and it’s best to set a target that’s just 7% with a mandatory balanced budget. Doing so will free up trillions of dollars for productive use rather than parasitic.

2. Abolish the IRS. Replace it with a simple flat rate tax of no more than 7%, to be applied to all gross income, regardless of source.

3. Forbid the use of the tax system for providing incentives. That’s the primary reason why it’s grown to be so ridiculously complex. Provide for a separate system of grants and subsidies for the express purpose of providing incentives for certain desirable behaviors.

Fifty years of fiscal history clearly demonstrates our nation is in an accelerating downward spiral. The overall health of our nation hinges on it’s fiscal health. if that suffers, everyone suffers. Clearly, changes are required.

The question is, will our federal government ever have the discipline required to cut its own fat and help restore our nation’s health?  Or are we stuck in this hellacious fiscal madness?

Time will tell.

Media SpinCycle! Obamacare Numbers Don’t Add Up

Today’s Media SpinCycle: Reuters tries giving Obamacare a leg up (Source: http://news.yahoo.com/white-house-says-obamacare-enrollment-tops-six-million-183548381–sector.html).

Let’s see what they say:

The Spin: “More than 6 million people have now signed up for private insurance plans under President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare law known as Obamacare.”

The Rinse (Reality): “The number that’s really important,” Doggett said, “is not how many people have enrolled, but how many people have paid their premiums that are actually getting in exchange-base coverage. A number,” he said pointedly, “we’ve never been given.” Former Congressional Budget Office Director Doug Holtz-Eakin says,”Nobody knows.” (Source: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/03/26/critical-part-obamacare-website-still-not-fixed/)

Second Rinse (More Reality):  “If this system works as well as the Obama administration insists, where are all of the uninsured? Why haven’t we seen massive numbers of enrollments from the beginning if that was such a crisis as to require the kind of intervention Democrats imposed, at an estimated cost of $1.5 trillion dollars over the next ten years?” (Source:  http://finance.yahoo.com/news/obamacare-taxpayers-hole-1-5-094500219.html)

Drying Time (Wrapping it Up):  As of today, more than 40 Million Americans are without insurance.  According to Gallup, however, the percentage of uninsured Americans is higher now than in 2008.  Please keep this in mind the next time the Obama administration tries painting Obamacare as a success.  It isn’t.  It’s a $1.5 Trillion disaster.

The greatest disaster, however, is the incredible ignorance of people like Chris Hayes, who used every trick in the book EXCEPT the facts in his attempt to undermine the fact-based logic and well-reasoned arguments of his guest, Jennifer Stefano.  Thankfully, she shot right back, again using logic and reasoning, highlighting him as the flagrant lying liberal he is.  Yes, it’s true:  Only 14% of those who have signed up for Obamacare were among the uninsured.  Most of them have medical conditions which are going to break the back of the system.

That was epic!  Go Jennifer!

Kill The Congressional Pork Before The Pork Kills U.S.

By far, the greatest Congressional threat to our freedoms is the pork they’re allowed to shove into each and every bill, even if it has absolutely nothing to do with the bill.  They do so to curry political favor, but it’s at our expense, to the tune of millions, if not billions of dollars for each and every member of Congress.

It’s why I fully support a line-item veto.  It wouldn’t matter if the President is rampantly conservative or rampantly liberal – he’d take heat for allowing pork to pass, and the publicity would help curb pork from Congress.  Ultimately, it would lead to a 28th Amendment along the lines of “One issue per bill, no exceptions.”

Our nation was founded by disciplined men, many of whom were lawyers.  The idea of stuffing a bill with pork was as foreign to them then as trying to argue a client out of a parking ticket in divorce court would be today.  The judge would laugh, if not throw them out of court.  Then, as now, the presiding judge would toss the motion as inappropriate, without question.  We need a similar restriction against Congress tossing our hard-earned dollars out the window on JUNK.

Somewhere along the line, stuffing good, decent bills with pork became a favorite pastime of Congress.  The vast majority of bills signed by Presidents over the last thirty years are stuffed with costly measures having absolutely nothing to do with the bill, that benefit very few people, but are paid for by all of us, either directly or indirectly.  To that end, I am stirring up a grass-roots movement to put the money-spending power of Congress back in the hands of the people.  Out nation is in MASSIVE debt, and it will not recover until the massive leaks through which Congress is shoving our money are plugged.  This isn’t a trickle.  We’re talking about Titanic-sized gushes and America will suffer the same fate as the Titanic if these gaping holes aren’t plugged.  Our country went from $9 Trillion to $17 Trillion in debt in just four years.  There’s only 310 Million people in the U.S.,  only half of which have jobs.  Do the math, and one way or another, that’s more than $100 THOUSAND dollars out of everyone’s pockets.

That’s far more than a down-payment on a mortgage.  It’s one third to one half of a very nice home.  It’s the difference between being stuck with rent the rest of your life and living out the American dream.  It’s the difference between owning and being owned.  Those who think “the government will just take care of us” are just stupid.  The point of this whole article is that the government is BROKEN.  If it’s not fixed, and soon, the government won’t be taking care of anyone ever again.  Many people will starve, and yes, that’s “starve to death.”  They may say, “That’ll never happen here!  This is America!”  The same was said by the hundreds millions of starving people throughout the 20th Century, who also lived under governments much like that of the United States of America.  THEY’RE DEAD, and not because of time, but because they had no food, as a direct result of their governments inability to govern themselves, much less the country.

More government is less, while less government is more.  It’s an axiom our founding fathers knew very well, and which they built into our Constitution, the document which both establishes our government while strictly limiting it’s power and authority.  Several years later, they saw fit to nail the lid on the coffin of tyranny by crafting the Bill of Rights, the first ten Amendments to the Constitution which further limited the scope and authority of the federal government, and reserved any and all powers not expressly given the federal government to the States or to the People.

So:  Why are you reading this?  Simple:  YOU need to contact your Congressman NOW, so that thirty years down the road you might still have a penny to your name.  Just Google their name.  If that doesn’t work, just go to Who Is My Representative and enter your zip code.  You can find your Senators, here.

Truth in Education and Media Amendment

Truth in Education and Truth in Media are two ideas which have been floating around for close to 50 years.  They’ve not had much success.  Perhaps by simplifying and combining the concepts, we might get more traction.
