New York Times “Op-Ed” Piece Does Not Pass Muster

Have you heard about The New York Times’ “Op-Ed” piece allegedly penned by “a senior official in the Trump administration?”
 
 
Second, as professional writers and editors know well, it’s often quite easy to spot the author of a piece by their writing style. This doesn’t appear to be written by anyone from within the Trump Administration.
 
Third, the reference to potential invocation of the 25th Amendment clearly identifies the author as a Demoncrap or Demoncrap sympathizer, as no one in the Trump Administration was calling for such action.
 
Fourth, the claim that “Senator John McCain put it best in his farewell letter,” along with other pro-McCain aggrandizement, who was largely reviled by and excluded from access to the Trump administration, strongly indicates this piece was written by a very pro-McCain sympathizer, if not by John McCain himself before he passed away. Heck, without any distinctive time signature, McCain might have written it last Christmas and given it to his attorney with an, “If I die…” request to mail it to The New York Times.
 
Fifth, what Republican would EVER use the very liberal Times as its publishing source?
 
Sixth, the piece discounts “the deep state” while lauding “the steady state,” clearly not the work of anyone associated with the Trump administration.
 
Seventh, there’s really no revelation of any inside information, no confirmation that this did, in fact, come from anyone within the Trump administration at all.
 
In conclusion, this is almost certainly a liberal fluff piece written by someone with ordinary access to the same public information, most notably liberal mainstream new media reports over the last eighteen months.
 
Its purpose, apparently, is to bolster Demoncrap confidence while swaying independent voters to the left prior to the elections.
 
And that’s the eighth and final piece of this puzzle: NO ONE within ANY Republican administration would EVER risk losing votes immediately prior to an election.
 
Ergo, this was NOT written by “a senior official in the Trump administration.” Rather, it was probably written by someone who works for the New York Times itself, but could also have been written by any of several hundred liberals or members of the Demoncrap Party in order to make it appear as if there’s a traitor in Trump’s midst.
 
I, for one, am not buying it. Are you?

You know what else President Trump and We the American People aren’t buying?  Huffington Post’s ridiculous, single-word allegation that Vice President Pence was the author.  As we’ve clearly seen from the eight rock-solid reasons given above, the op-ed didn’t come from President Trump’s administration.

And, no, it wasn’t Vice President Pence.  That is absolutely not his style, at all. Ever.

It is far more likely some libtard Demoncrap wrote the piece and planted the word, “lodestar” hoping to get President Trump flustered to the point where he starts chewing up those within his own administration.

That didn’t happen. In fact, the exact opposite happened: The blitheringly idiotic libtards are steeling We the American People against the liars, cheats, and thieves known as “Democrats.”

Funny, but all of this seems to come down to some idiot calling himself, “Dan downLODESTAR Bloom,” @danbloom on Twitter.  Perhaps he’s the original author of the NYT’s op-ed piece.

Why “Impeach Trump!” People are Blithering Idiots

Impeachment headlines are all the rage these days, and Google images is fully of all sorts of Impeach Trump buttons, banners, and bumper stickers, but it’s an utterly mindless rage, one fueled by hate and ignorance, not rationality, sound reasoning, or understanding of the law.

People, listen up!  Please get an education so you know what you’re talking about.

Speaking of impeachment (and education):

“The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.” – Article I, Section 2.

Do you really think a House controlled by conservatives/Republicans will impeach Donald Trump? No more than a House controlled by liberals/Democrats impeached Obama for his impeachable offenses.  Unlike Trump, Obama actually committed impeachable offenses.

“The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.” – Article I, Section 3

Do you really think you will ever be able to get a two-thirds majority of the Senate to rule against President Trump with more than half the Senate is conservative/Republican? Good luck with that…

“Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States…” – Article I, Section 3

Hillary stepped down so that she wouldn’t be impeached over Benghazigate. Had she been impeached, she would have been ineligible to run for President.  The Demoncrap party saw the handwriting on the wall and chose the lesser of two evils so that she might actually have a shot at the Presidency in 2016.  It was clear she was being groomed for that very role for a long time.  Thankfully, enough voters recognized her for the crook she is.

“The President … shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” – Article II, Section 2

When Obama pardoned over 2,000 criminals, he grossly violated Constitutional authority as most of those criminals had not committed any crimes “against the United States.”  Rather, most of them had violated various state laws, over which Obama had ZERO authority to grant either a reprieve or pardon.  That state’s governor, yes.  Obama, no.

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” – Article II, Section 4

President Donald Trump has committed absolutely zero instances of treason, bribery, high crimes, or misdemeanors. In fact, he personally hired a rather large legal team in order to prevent any such discretion.

BOTTOM LINE: President Donald Trump will NEVER be impeached, and for some very sound reasons:

1. He’s never committed any impeachable offences as defined by and required by the Constitution in order to be impeached.

2. You’ll never get a conservative/Republican House to impeach a Republican president.

3. You’ll never get a conservative/Republican Senate to cough up the two thirds votes required to convict.

Our Founding Fathers knew that one day, there would be a bunch of blithering idiots throughout our land who would incessantly cry “Impeach Trump! Impeach Trump! Impeach Trump!” They made impeachment difficult for precisely that reason, to prevent blithering idiots from disrupting the normal operations of government on the basis of nothing other than mob rule.

Now, while libtards and Demoncraps have every Constitutional right to continue blathering on about this issue if it makes them feel better, much like all babies need a good cry every now and then, it’ll never happen, because of the aforementioned reasons, unless Donald Trump actually does, one day in the future, commit a clearly impeachable offense.

And no, you cannot make this happen simply by whining about it louder, longer, harder, or by throwing more money at it.  The U.S. Constitution is “the supreme Law of the Land” for a reason, and We the People are going to follow it, whether you like it or not.

Donald Trump’s Claim Regarding Millions of Illegal Voters

The headlines read, “Trump makes baseless claim of millions of fraudulent voters.”

Horse hockey.

Given the cases proven in court, during which Demoncrap criminals were found guilty and sentenced, along with the 100,000 to 120,000 polling locations and rough guess of a 10% attempt rate, it’s estimated that roughly 3,344,000 fraudulent ballots have unlawfully entered the system.
 
That’s more than 3 million fraudulent votes, more than enough to account for Clinton’s supposed “3 million more of the popular vote than Trump.”
 
But this only accounts for voter fraud committed by individuals within within the voting system. There is more!
 
Trump’s claim involves non-U.S. citizens who were unlawfully allow to cast ballots. Given the fact that at least 12 million illegal immigrants remain in the U.S., along with the fact that many States — including California — do not require voter ID and yet have repeatedly indicated they welcome foreign voters, it is by no means any stretch of the imagination to conclude that it is entirely reasonable that 3 million of them — 25% of the 12 million present — did indeed vote in violation of both the U.S. Constitution and 18 U.S. Code § 611 – Voting by aliens: (a) It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia.
 
Thus, the libtardal, Demoncrappic article entited “Trump makes baseless claim of millions of fraudulent voters” is itself a baseless claim.
 
Only blithering idiots and those who are incapable of doing basic math, understanding our simple Constitution, and Federal law would ever buy into the Mudstream Media’s senseless drivel.

Donald J. Trump is the only clear choice for America

Whether Male, Female, African, Caucasoid, Northeast Asia, Arctic Asia, Southeast Asia, America, or New Guinea & Australia — whatever — I do not care. All I care about is ensuring my vote goes to the most highly qualified individual who actually stands a reasonable chance of being elected.
 
The following candidates have been (1) nominated by their party for the presidency and (2) featured in at least three major national polls:
 
Donald Trump (Republican) / Mike Pence
Hillary Clinton (Democrat) / Time Kaine
Jill Stein (Green Party, formerly Democrat) / Ajamu Baraka
Gary Johnson (Libertarian, formerly Republican) / Bill Weld
 
Countless objective, professional polls taken in each state, throughout all fifty states, consistently show both Jill Stein and Gary Johnson so far back in the pack they haven’t a snowball’s chance in hell of winning even one state, much less the election. Johnson consistently receives between 1/3 and 1/15, averaging 1/6 the results of either Trump of Clinton in all states. Stein’s votes average 1/3 of Johnson’s,for about 1/18 that of either Trump or Clinton. While both are way too far behind to ever win, votes cast for them can have a significant effect on whether Trump or Clinton wins. Case in point, today’s (August 26) results for Florida, with Clinton (44%), Trump (42%), Johnson (6%), Stein (2%), and other (6%) falls smack dab along the mean.
 
Jill Stein simply isn’t qualified.  She spent her entire career as a medical doctor.  She simply does not have either the education, training, or experience running large organizations.  With just 2% of the vote, a vote for Stein is a vote tossed out the window.
Gary Johnson is certainly qualified, but again, with just 6% of the vote, you’re tossing your votes out the window with him, as well.
Put simply, votes for either Gary Johnson or Jill Stein are WASTED. They could (and should) be used to select the better of the only two individuals who can actually win the election. If you honestly feel both Trump and Clinton are equal, meaning you do not feel one or the other would be better (or worse) for our nation, then by all means vote for Stein or Johnson. Or, you could stay home and save time and gas money. But if you believe that either Trump or Clinton is significantly better (or worse) than the other, please do your civic duty and make a difference by saying so with your vote, rather than tossing it away on the already lost Johnson or Stein.
 
When all aspects of both Trump and Clinton are examined, I see only one clear path to success for America’s future, and that’s with Trump. His leadership, business skills and financial/economic acumen far exceed those of Hillary Clinton. He is clearly the only one of the two who possesses the requisite integrity required for the position. Finally, because of Clinton’s deeply soiled reputation, she will not be able to attract anyone of noteworthy capability to the various economic posts, and those she does find will almost certainly be as unscrupulous and incompetent as she’s been herself.
 
This leads me to only one clear choice for our next President of the United States, and that’s Donald J. Trump.

It’s time We the People work smarter, not harder. Begin with reality and proceed from their. If Gary Johnson were in the running, I’d have no problem voting for him. But Johnson is not in the running. Trump is. There’s far too much at stake here, namely making dang sure that Hillary doesn’t win. There’s no way in hell I will fail to cast a deciding vote on that issue by wasting it on a candidate like Johnson who doesn’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell of beating Clinton.

Trump’s Proposed Changes to America’s Healthcare

This is a huge response to Ted Cruz’s lies with respect to where Donald Trump REALLY stands on America’s healthcare.

1. Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.

2. Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state. By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down and consumer satisfaction will go up.

3. Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system. Businesses are allowed to take these deductions so why wouldn’t Congress allow individuals the same exemptions? As we allow the free market to provide insurance coverage opportunities to companies and individuals, we must also make sure that no one slips through the cracks simply because they cannot afford insurance. We must review basic options for Medicaid and work with states to ensure that those who want healthcare coverage can have it.

4. Allow individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Contributions into HSAs should be tax-free and should be allowed to accumulate. These accounts would become part of the estate of the individual and could be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty. These plans should be particularly attractive to young people who are healthy and can afford high-deductible insurance plans. These funds can be used by any member of a family without penalty. The flexibility and security provided by HSAs will be of great benefit to all who participate.

5. Require price transparency from all healthcare providers, especially doctors and healthcare organizations like clinics and hospitals. Individuals should be able to shop to find the best prices for procedures, exams or any other medical-related procedure.

6. Block-grant Medicaid to the states. Nearly every state already offers benefits beyond what is required in the current Medicaid structure. The state governments know their people best and can manage the administration of Medicaid far better without federal overhead. States will have the incentives to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources.

7. Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products. Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the pharmaceutical industry is in the private sector, drug companies provide a public service. Allowing consumers access to imported, safe and dependable drugs from overseas will bring more options to consumers.
