Kamala Harris – U.S. Citizenship

On August 13, 2020, PJ Media published Questions Raised About Kamala Harris’ Eligibility to Become a Vice President. while attempting to raise a distinction between being “subject to the complete jurisdiction, not merely a partial jurisdiction.”

Got it. Read the article en toto, word for word.

I have, however, delved into this matter before, deeply enough to thoroughly and accurately craft the following graphic myself:

In light of the full extent of United States Constitutional and Federal Law as referenced above, as well as a staunch Christian Conservative and Constitutionalist, I ask you to PLEASE stop being lead astray by nonsense! It gives all conservatives, all Christians, all Constitutionalists and all Republications a bad name.

Kindly listen to what PJ admits: “It’s a legal hair, to be sure — and a pretty thin one at that.”

Then, if you would please, ignore the damned deceitful PJ ball of horse manure for a second and read the FULL verbiage of the ACTUAL law:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” – Amendment. XIV. to the Constitution for the United States of America

Finally, ask yourselves just three questions:
1. Where was she born?
2. Are foreign diplomats “subject to the jurisdiction thereof?”
3. Were either of Kamala’s parents foreign diplomats?

Answer 1: Kamala was born in Oakland, California, where she was raised.

Answer 2: BY LAW, foreign diplomats are the ONLY persons who are NOT “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” This very short list includes both actual foreign embassy diplomats, as well as visiting heads of state and duly-authorized representatives acting in their official capacity. It does NOT, however, include either staffers or their families, and it most certainly doesn’t include either legal or illegal aliens within our borders. Both legal and illegal aliens are “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

Answer 3: While neither of Kamala’s parents were U.S. citizens, neither were foreign diplomats, so both of them most certainly were “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” as was Kamala herself, and as are each and every single one of the six classes of persons depicted in the colorful graphic, above.

Whether they commit robbery or murder, they will be tried in these United States of America. They have no diplomatic immunity. They most certainly are “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

HEY! I don’t like it either! I sincerely wish both she and Biden would have a sudden attack of clear conscience and QUIT, preferably BEFORE January 20, thereby allowing President Trump to CONTINUE IN OFFICE.

Do you know what I like even less, though? Half-truths, lies and deceit of the kind shoved down America’s throat by Demoncraps, most notable, Mudstream Media.

I will NEVER tolerate deceit of any kind, even when it appears on the surface it may be of benefit. God despises lying, stealing and cheating, and in the light of what Demoncraps have done, I don’t think His blessing will be upon our nation. There can be no reward from election fraud at all.
