INSURRECTION by Anti-American Government Officials

I, for one, am sick an tired of governmental insurrection. This occurs when legislators, executives and judges who neither understand nor respect the Constitution for the United States of America propose, pass and enforce legislation as well as executive and judicial orders which VIOLATE the Supreme Law of Our Land.

It’s high time we ENFORCE the laws, STRIP them of their office, FINE them, send them to PRISON for a decade, and BAR them from EVER holding public office ever again.

Not only is it the law, but all others who’ve taken an oath of office are duty-bound to both report it and prosecute it.

Here’s the story:

A Pennsylvania state lawmaker has introduced legislation that would require individuals who wish to purchase gun ammunition to first obtain a permit.

Miller, A. M. (March 21, 2020). Pennsylvanian Republican introduces bill requiring permit to purchase ammunition. Retrieved from: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/pennsylvania-republican-introduces-bill-requiring-permit-to-purchase-ammunition

A good friend of mine noted:

What part of “Shall NOT be infringed” do these morons just not get? No one should have to ask the government for permission to defend themselves., which is essentially what is being demanded. Those who would steal our ability to defend ourselves are enemies of the people and should be treated as such.

HEAR! HEAR! He is CORRECT.

In fact, those who attempt to regulate our ability to defend ourselves either in whole or in part are infringing on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Such individuals ARE the domestic enemy of the People, our Constitution and our Country, whether they or those who elected them believe it, understand it, or not.

All members of all branches of local, county, state and federal government take the same Oath of Office:

I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

The oath binds all individuals taking the oath to THREE ENTITIES:

1. THE LAW: The Constitution for the United States of America

2. THE PEOPLE: We the People of the United States of America

3. THE GOVERNMENT: The United States of America.

It’s a binding oath, a covenant between the individual taking the oath and all three entities. It’s the very essence of the nature of our country, embodied in our Pledge of Allegiance:

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

All authority requires the lawful use of force to maintain that authority against enemies foreign and domestic who refuse to acknowledge or abide by that authority. The Constitution for the United States of America is “the supreme Law of the Land” (Article VI) and Article V of the Constitution grants FULL Constitutional authority to all Amendments, including this one:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment II, Constitution for the United States of America

NOTHING short of a Constitutional Amendment ratified by the Legislatures or Conventions in three fourths of the States has the authority to suspend or override provisions of the Constitution for the United States of America.

ALL legislative, executive and judicial branches of ALL local, county, state and federal governments in the United States “shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” – Article VI.

The word “shall” is an absolute. It is NOT optional.

Rights CAN NOT EVER be regulated by government. Such an activity is REPUGNANT to the Constitution.

Governments can restrict some elements of the use of those rights, such as shouting in a crowded theater as well as impose reasonable restrictions on the times and places to shoot a firearm. They cannot, however, infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and that includes bullets, as “arms” means “armaments” and ammunition is an integral part of one’s armaments.

For example, governments CANNOT tell citizens they cannot use a firearm in defense of one’s life, as each and every U.S. citizen has both a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well as a right to keep and bear arms as a means to preserve those and other rights not enumerated herein (Amendment IX). Many have tried! To date, ALL have been shot down in court, including local courts, state courts, federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Furthermore, ALL states agreed to ABIDE by the United States Constitution when they joined the union. That doesn’t mean “when it’s convenient” or “unless we have a conflicting agenda.” It means AT ALL TIMES.

Regulating ammunition is infringing on the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and the Constitution for the United States of America specifically states “The right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.”

Yes, that includes ammunition. Ammunition is “arms,” and without ammunition, you don’t have arms, you have paperweights.

So, Pennsylvania: Were you aware that Congress can “call forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions?”

WERE YOU AWARE THAT PASSING ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL LEGISLATION CONSTITUTES INSURRECTION PUNISHABLE BY FINES, IMPRISONMENT, AND MORE?

Insurrection: A rising or rebellion of citizens against their government, usually manifested by acts of violence. Under federal law, it is a crime to incite, assist, or engage in such conduct against the United States.

INSURRECTION

Merriam-Webster: an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government

A rebellion of citizens or subjects of a country against its government.

18 U.S. Code §2383.Rebellion or insurrection: Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 808; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §?330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

So, YES, Mr. Anti-American lawmaker, mayor, governor, or judge, YOU CAN BE HELD TO ANSWER FOR THE CRIME OF INSURRECTION, be fined, removed from office, spend up to a decade in prison, and forfeit all right of holding public office in the future, and WE THE PEOPLE have the authority to make it happen. FURTHERMORE, other state governments and the United States government has LEGAL AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND COMMERCE WITH YOU AND YOUR GOVERNMENTAL BODY. If you’re a state legislator and the law passes, YOU PUT YOUR ENTIRE STATE AT RISK. Personal property, private property, real property, and even local, county and state assets CAN BE SEIZED and even FORFEITED.

And if you don’t think the President has the authority to enforce it, then you’re very ignorant of both the Constitution as well as federal law.

Do NOT go down this road. If you do, We the People WILL hold you and all others engaging in insurrection against our Constitution accountable.
