110 Statute 3009-549
Public Law 104-208
Title III – Inspection, Apprehension, Detention, Adjudication, and Removal of Inadmissible and Deportable Aliens
Subtitle C – Revision of Grounds for Exclusion and Deportation
Section 347. Removal of aliens who have unlawfully voted.
BY LAW, only U.S. Citizens can vote in federal elections.
THUS, whether you’re an Immigrant Alien (aka LPR aka green card holder), or a Nonimmigrant Alien (tourist or business visitor), or an Undocumented Alien (aka illegal alien, what STUPID media keeps wrongly terming as “immigrants” and “migrants”)…
If you vote in a federal election, YOU ARE — BY LAW — TO BE DEPORTED.
“The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA or IIRAIRA), Division C of Pub.L. 104–208, 110 Stat. 3009-546, enacted September 30, 1996, made major changes to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of the United States, which the bill’s proponents argued was mainly due to the rapidly growing illegal immigration population in the country. These IIRIRA changes became effective on April 1, 1997.”
