Todd Starnes asked what his readers thought about the election. Specifically:
OPINION: Franklin Graham says he tends to agree with President Trump – that the election was either stolen or rigged. What say you, America?Starnes, T. (December 21, 2020). Franklin Graham: I tend to believe election was rigged or stolen. Retrieved from: https://www.toddstarnes.com/politics/franklin-graham-i-tend-to-believe-election-was-rigged-or-stolen/
My response: Both rigged and stolen.
ETA (February 9, 2021): After you’ve reviewed my comments, below, along with the original article on Michigan, linked to in the next paragraph, I would like you to scroll back up to the top and watch an hour-long video chock full of additional experts providing their own testimonies as to precisely how the election was stolen.
I was one of several thousand statisticians observing the election in minute detail during the day and a half when the fraud occurred. Specifically, I focused on Michigan, as an inside source had informed me the Dems had prepared hundreds of thousands of fake ballots for Biden in case it appeared Trump would take the state as he had in 2016. Michigan’s governor, in particular, had committed many indiscrectrions and outright violations of the Constitutional rights of Michiganders, so much so that a lawsuit brought against her resulted in a sharp rebuke from from the Supreme Court of the United States of America, which overturned most, if not all of her un-Constitutional edicts. In light of her heinously unacceptable behavior, I chose to focus on her state, Michigan, as a likely target for attempted voter fraud.
I chose to compare proportions between time frames, taking snapshots of the tally in Michigan every hour, subtracting the totals taken the previous hour to determine votes added during each successive hour. This results in a proportional analysis, whereby one can conduct a statistical analysis of population proportions. When you’re dealing with large numbers of people, one can determine with a high degree of accuracy whether the proportions remained relatively consistent over time, as one would expect of randomized ballot counting, as well as whether or not differences between the proportions are consistent with varying sources, such as different precincts or mail-in ballots vs ballots collected by the physical polls.
I observed the first 80% of all ballot returns steadily had President Trump in a 5.8% lead, whereas the last 20% of all ballot returns steadily had Biden in a 24.7% lead. While this may seem possible to the uninitiated, though improbable on the face of it, when you crunch the numbers, a teenager has a greater probability of reaching the Moon using nothing but his skateboard.
The change wasn’t gradual. It was sharp, with Trump’s lead holding all day and past midnight, before sharply switching towards Biden, a trend which continued for the remaining 20% of all ballot returns. I later learned this same sharp departure in proportions occurred in other contested states, but not in states with clean wins for either President Trump or Joe Biden.
Specifically, between the first 80% and last 20% of ballot returns, there was a sharp 28.8% drop in ballot proportions for Trump along with a sharp 32.3% increase in ballot proportions for Biden. The net change in spread from Trump to Biden between the first 80% and the last 20% was 30.5%.
Moreover the percentage difference in the spread between proportions was a whopping 61.1%, a statistically impossible feat.
To date, Michigan has only offered two excuses:
1. The change occurred when we stopped counting ballots from the polls and began counting mail-in ballots.
2. The change occurred due to differences in candidate preference between precincts.
Again, while this may seem possible, though improbable on the face of it, when you crunch the numbers, Evil Knievel has a greater probability of jumping the length (not the breadth) of the Grand Canyon on a pedaled tricycle.
First, these two excuses are mutually exclusive, as mail ballots from all over the state were counted at the same time, and after the ballots were counted from the polls, thereby precluding the inclusion of precinct-weighted ballots during the last 20% of ballots. Since mail ballots covered the entire state randomly, they would have reflected the same overall proportions of Michigan preferences, less the proportional difference between those who chose to go to the polls vs those who chose to use mail-in ballots. Thus, the last 20% of the ballots were, absolutely not the result of different proportions between those voting at the polls and those voting by mail-in ballots.
Second, the difference in proportions between mail-in ballots vs ballots received from the polls was minor, roughly 7%. That explains less than one-third of the 30.5% swing. Thus, the difference absolutely can not be accounted for by the switch from the proportions at the polls to the proportions in mail-in ballots.
Third, even if at-poll voting was included in the later countings, the known proportions of voters from Michigan’s precincts doesn’t account for the shift, either.
Bottom line: There’s absolutely no way to account for the massive swing in proportion of voters for President Trump compared to the proportion of voters for Joe Biden:
The difference in proportions between mail-in ballots vs ballots cast at the polls doesn’t explain it.
The difference in proportions between various precincts doesn’t explain it.
The combination of these two factors cannot account for more than half of the observed difference in proportions from one hour to the next.
No other source of legitimate voting can account for the massive swing in proportions.
There are, however, X events which can explain the massive difference in proportions:
- Removing and discarding ballots cast for President Trump before the ballots were counted. This is known as “ballot skimming.”
- Adding fake ballots cast for Joe Biden before the ballots were counted. This is known as “ballot dumping.”
- Collecting a few stacks of pro-Biden-only ballots, then running those stacks through the ballot counting machines multiple times. This, too, is a form of “ballot dumping.”
Various Demoncrap pundits will claim, “but the election results show the mail-in vs polls discrepancy was far larger,” but they’re wrong, and here’s WHY they’re wrong: They’re using the finally tallies in an attempt to prove there was no fraud. The logical fallacy is this: The final tallies include the error introduced by election fraud. In fact, the final tallies reflect the entire election fraud. This fallacy is like trying to claim there’s no cheating because the results can’t possibly be wrong. Obviously, if cheating occurred, the results are in error.
Using the final tally as a means of determining actual proportions, whether by precinct or by voting location (polls vs mail-in) ONLY works if there’s ZERO fraud. Any amount of fraud taints those numbers by the amount of fraud that exists.
The only way to accurately determine candidate proportions v. voting location is by independent, third-party polling. While election polling has proven to be considerably off, by upwards of 30% in some cases, it’s generally accurate to within 12%.
It has NEVER been off by 435%, which is the massive amount of “error” required to explain away these discrepancies.
Independent, third-party polling of voters was not off by 435%. The ONLY explanation for the results of this time-phased proportional analysis is ballot-dumping, ballot-skimming, or a combination thereof.
Ballot-dumping occurs when election officials either introduce fake ballots into the election stream or run favorable ballots through the machines multiple times. There are three ways this can be done:
- Dropping fake physical ballots into the ballot que before counting.
- Running a single batch of ballots with altered proportions through the counter multiple times.
- Mechanically or electronically altering the ballot counting machines or system.
There is absolutely zero doubt in my mind that Michigan committed voter fraud and certified their fraudulent results. The evidence is absolutely irrefutable. No amount of legitimate statistical manipulation can manufacture the disparate results in proportions that were observed.
As Michigan knew there would likely be an investigation if Biden won, I suspect the vast majority of their election fraud consisted of manufacturing several hundred thousand, if not more than a million, fake pro-Biden ballots well ahead of time to be added to the hoppers if it looked like Biden needed a bit of fraudulent help in stealing Michigan’s 16 electoral votes. Given they eyewitness testimony filed via more than 750 affidavits throughout the United States, including in the State of Michigan, along with the indisputable statistical evidence demonstrating the same, I can reasonably, rationally, and logically conclude President Trump won in the State of Michigan, and by a margin of greater than 5%, but the final tally was heavily manipulated by the addition of hundreds of thousands of pre-manufactured i.e. fake ballots.
As it turns out, Michigan election officials determined Biden needed roughly 340,084 ballots worth of help. Amazingly, this is the discrepancy between expected and actual proportions, and given the large numbers of voters, the statistical analysis is accurate with a margin of error of 0.21%.
Accounting for all factors, including differences between precincts as well as the 7% reduction in Trump mail-in ballots as compared to Biden, the FINAL TALLY in a CLEAN Michigan election would have been 51.99% for Trump and 46.30% for Biden for a spread of 5.68% in Trump’s favor.
Given the 0.21% margin of error, President Trump’s actual proportion could be as low as 51.78% and Biden’s actual proportion could be as high as 46.51% for a Trump-favoring spread of 5.27%. Then again, it’s equally likely Trump earned upwards of 52.20% of the vote while Biden only earned 46.09%, for a Trump-favoring spread of 6.11%.
Either way, when you remove the election fraud component, Trump won. Michigan perpetrated FRAUD against its own citizens AND the rest of these United States of America. Similar statistical analysis indicate President Trump actually won in at least six states where election fraud resulted in their electoral votes being handed to Joe Biden.
To answer Todd Starnes’ original question: Michigan definitely rigged their own election, committing fraud throughout, including the moment they certified their election results, which supports the accusation of “stolen.” Moreover, while I did not conduct a strict analysis of the results from other states, I nevertheless see irrefutable signs of election fraud in the results of 11 other states, and to such an extent that for all intents and purposes, President Trump most certainly won the 2020 elections by a landslide.
But, oh, hey… MORE EVIDENCE:
I could fill up 100 web pages with links to countless collections of the EVIDENCE of 2020 ELECTION FRAUD. This blog isn’t about proving all claims. It’s to counter all the claims of “What evidence?” The only answer to such blind monkey retorts is, “Open your eyes, morons.”
Now… If President Trump and the State of Texas can just see i.e. accurately observe what the Supreme Court wrote in their response and correct their filings by perfecting their arguments involving STANDING, we all just might achieve justice through the Supreme Court after all.
Let me make this abundantly clear: TEXAS HAS STANDING. They simply failed to establish their standing in their filing.
I’ll even include a quote from the Texas Has Standing article:
While reading through the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court, in particular the 35 motions filed by Texas, 17 additional states, and both supporting and detracting entities, I observed two things:
- Texas does indeed have standing commensurate with U.S. Law.
- The U.S. Supreme Court did NOT rule that Texas didn’t have standing. Rather, they only ruled that Texas did not demonstrate their standing.
Solution: File an amendment to the original filing, this time with proper verbiage clearly demonstrating standing.
SCOTUS DID NOT REJECT THE CASE. The only reason they chose not to hear it is because Texas failed to establish STANDING.
Establish standing, and you will be heard!
ETA (February 9, 2021): Texas chose NOT to refile their case while demonstrating standing. WHY NOT? I, for one, would very much like to know.
Finally, Governor Mike Huckabee has asked that we share this from Newt Gingrich:
I’ve been active in this since 1958; that’s 62 years. I’m the angriest I have been in that entire six decades. You have a group of corrupt people who have absolute contempt for the American people, who believe that we’re so spineless, so cowardly, so unwilling to stand up for ourselves that they can steal the presidency, and we’ll wring our hands, bring in a few lawyers, and do nothing.
My hope is that President Trump will lead the millions of Americans who understand exactly what’s going on: [that] the Philadelphia machine is corrupt, that the Atlanta machine is corrupt, the machine in Detroit is corrupt, and they’re trying to steal the presidency, and we should not allow them to do that.
First of all, we should lock up the people who are breaking the law. You stop someone from being an observer –- you just broke federal law. You hide and put up paper so nobody can see what you’re doing –- you just broke federal law. You bring in ballots that aren’t real –- you just broke federal law.
I am sick and tired of corrupt left-wing Democrats who believe that we are too timid and too easy to intimidate, and therefore they’ll just go out and steal it. You are watching an effort to steal the presidency of the United States, and this is not about Donald Trump. This is about the American people, [who] have the right, in an honest election, with honest, legitimate ballots, to pick their leader. Or are we now just sheep, to be dominated by the high-tech businesses, the news media, and the various political machines?
This is a crisis in the American system, comparable to Washington on Christmas Eve or Lincoln at Gettysburg. This is a genuine, deep crisis of our survival.”Newt Gingrich on Mike Huckabee’s show.
Gingrich said that in any precinct in which Republicans were not able to observe, the votes should be taken back –- “strip those votes out, do not count them, because they’re by definition corrupt.”
The following is a clear presentation by data scientists as to how and WHY Georgia’s elections were HIGHLY fraudulent:
ETA (February 9, 2021): Apparently, yet another outstanding resource has been censored by Big Tech, namely, Google, who not only owns YouTube, but was also one of the Wrongful Five behind Parler’s disappearance.
Please note that failure to revert the final tally to their rightful and lawfully-earned candidate constitutes complicity, not merely of election fraud, but of an attempted coup, a treasonable offense punishable by life in prison, and in serious circumstances, the death penalty.
